Grid summary topic there are two wrong samples #113

in https://staging.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-blazor/blazor/components/grids/grid/summaries

data-summary-options.json is the first sample of the topic and it does not show the same thing that the angular sample do. data-summary-formatter.json is the sample that is under Formatting summaries section. It does not do what it is expected.

@mddragnev please provide info what is expected or links to angular samples that we can use as references when correcting xplat samples

data-summary-options.json has been updated, but we need to spend time adding templates to the headers to toggle the summaries https://github.com/IgniteUI/igniteui-xplat-examples/pull/190
