Crash when trying to browse a dir with permission denied #164

Closed oddfellow closed 12 years ago

oddfellow commented 12 years ago

When I try to switch to a directory in which the user does not have read permission I first get the right error: Unable to to access blablabla Permission denied

But when I click in "OK", the dialog does not disappear. Trying to close the window results in a message from my window manager (openbox) that the window does not respond and I have the option to kill the process.

Switching to another window and back results in a grey spacefm window background.

Starting spacefm from the command line does not output anything about the error.

System: Arch Linux x86_64 with spacefm 0.8.0 and Openbox 3.5

Btw it only crashes when using the left tree pane to open the directory. Using the file pane on the right and doubleclicking the directory, I also get the "permission denied" message but I can click "ok" and go on.
