Thanks - the build issue should now be corrected in 0.8.4.
You may want to open your bookmarks request as a separate request so it's visible, but the bookmarks pane may eventually be redesigned, at which time this would likely be added.
0.8.2 builds fine.
Both 0.8.3 source and debpkg builder fail exit on error with.
main-window.c: In function ‘run_event’: main-window.c:6945: error: implicit declaration of function ‘WIFEXITED’ main-window.c:6945: error: implicit declaration of function ‘WEXITSTATUS’ make[1]: * [spacefm-main-window.o] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/spacefm-0.8.3/src' make: * [all-recursive] Error 1
Feature request - The removal of kfind from Dolphin has prompted me to switch to konqueror which already had my favourite filesizeview plugin. I already knew about the smaller dependencies and independent mounting and run on all design of spacefm and wish to switch to it everywhere.
This is ironic because I prefer the idea of dolphin being specifically a file manager. There is just one thing keeping me on konqueror which is the bookmark management and creating a bookmark folder grouping other folders and/or files as bookmarks. Every filemanager I've tried except konqueror only allow folders as bookmarks which seems like simply an oversight, my desktop is covered by apps and desktop links wouldn't work nearly as well not to mention block the pics when I occasionally clear it.
Thanks for the great work. At the very least where I don't want to install hundreds of megs spacefm will be the one and I'm guessing will be undisputed king for me too one day.
