Reorder sidebar/toolbar #434

Hey! First of all, thanks a lot for your work on spacefm and udevil. I'm really glad you decided to get down and work on them. :)

I would like to request a feature, if it's not too much trouble. Could you allow the reordering of toolbar and sidebar items? To give an example, right now, bookmarks is always below devices in the sidebar. Is it possible to make it so that their order can be adjusted? Bookmarks appear above devices, for example?

I'm not very particular about toolbar items, I think the left and right toolbars are pretty awesome. But the sidebar thing would be a very killer feature. :)

Note that items on the toolbars can now be reordered - please see #519 for testing.
