Statistics Display Bug #15

There is a bug on Statistics/Cahllengers Statistics pages with display of 
horizontal bar-graphs. Strangely (in my experience) Internet Explorer is 
displaying it as intended and Firefox/Chrome (and also Safari/Opera from 
what I remember) not (I usually find it the other way round!)

Screenshots of challenges-by-month attached. Firefox/Chrome have some 
whitespace below images it seems, IE not. Have played with CSS until blue 
in the face, cannot fix it - anyone have any ideas?

It's not like the other two browsers' rendering is /hideous/ though...

Admittedly this is true. It's the lowest of the low, priority wise :)
