Ultra-long term this one - one of the only criticisms I have ever had is that 
the site looks ugly. I agree, but I'm not the most creative when it comes to 
design and prettiness etc.

Perhaps someone with artistic flair might be up to making the site look a bit 
more pleasing on the eye, once we've got some of the other stuff out of the 
way!

Agreed it's a low-priority item.

One of my mantras when testing is...

First, make it work. Then worry about making it pretty.

Yeah, my attitude too. But I can't even make it pretty once it works :)
