Add resume and skip options #16

Yahoo returns a 500 HTTP error response when there's a spam message persisted in the group. These two options allow skipping these spam messages and resuming from where we left off.

Closing this PR as codebase has diverged significantly since opened, and I think some of the features are now on master from other contributors. Apologies that your contribution wasn't merged.
