Could you please specify which OS you using, macOS or Windows? Also please make sure that Loupedeck software and VLC player are the latest version. Double-check that a password set in VLC player is the same as entered for VLC plugin.

Hello. I cannot reproduce the issue on my side. Could you please collect Loupedeck Logs while trying to connect VLS and attach it here? Here's an instruction on how to collect Loupedeck logs https://support.loupedeck.com/loupedeck-logs-collection.

Hello, I installed the plugin and configured VLC according to the documentation (please do give some hint that you can choose the password and you have to set it in Loupedeck Software - I hope I got this correct). When I open up Loupdeck and go to the VLC Plugin, it tells me "Cannot connect to the VLC appliaction, please set a password" and below is what looks like a link "Password form". But clicking the link does not do anything.
I have Loupedeck Live S with Loupedeck Version 5.3.1.14222
How can I set the password?
