I've scanned Chrome.exe with VirusTotal and the results are nasty [1],
the detection ratio is 12/45. The version that comes with version v1
of phpdesktop-chromium is 26.0.1410.5.

The latest version of Chromium Portable [2] is 26.0.1410.12 and the
scanning result [3] with VirusTotal is good, the detection ratio is
0/46.

This issue was already raised on Chromium Portable Forum, see the 
topic [4], I've replied with a question to Aluisio Goncalves regarding
this issue, but my post has not yet been approved, so you'll have to
wait to see it.

i got portable version of chrome from official site and replaced it.

as i remember i just replaced folder of the chromium app with this

step by step

1. download 
https://phpdesktop-chromium.googlecode.com/files/phpdesktop-chromium_v1.rar
2. extract with 7zip to \phpdesktop-chromium_v1
3. scan with AV - remove Chrome.exe file
4. remove \phpdesktop-chromium_v1\chromium\* folder
5. download latest from http://crportable.sourceforge.net/  (or any you want)
6. install ChromiumPortable_31.0.1650.8.paf.exe into some folder like 
\ChromiumPortable
7. move \ChromiumPortable\* to \phpdesktop-chromium_v1\chromium\

something like that
