Adding information about testing the device for long-distance transmission

A table with the results of testing a device for transmitting WSPR messages over long distances has been added. The table contains the following information:

Firmware version
TX frequency
TX time (CET)
PA bias (only for PCB version 1.0)
Used antenna
SNR
Drift
Max distance to receiver (with graphical visualization of all spots via KMZView service)
