Out of curiosity, why only the presence of Christians in Arabia? Generally both Christianity and Judaism are considered to have had an influence, so even if you decide that only one is necessary Would say it could be either Christians or Jews, if not both.

Judaism is unlikely to have much presence in Arabia, it could sometimes prevent Islam from appearing. However, if we extend the scanned area to include Palestine, we can safely add Judaism as a requirement.

Even then with only Arabia, you could just make it an or condition so that either Jews or Christians need to be present.
