feat: add and edit sections #13

Feature Request

Describe the Feature Request

The user should be able to edit/add the sections when they go to Edit Mode.

Describe Preferred Solution

In Edit Mode: A plus card will become visible at the end, of the page that allows users to add links. Also, an edit button will be visible next to each section name
