31-02-2024 getting autocorrected to 29/28-02-2024 for add command

Issue:

• When entering a date of 31-02-2024 for the add command it automatically gets corrected to 29/28-02-2024 and the add command is successful

Steps to reproduce:

• Enter add /t/income/n/test1/d/31-02-2024/$/30000/c/1/a/<accountNumber>
• The following output is given:
• Usually an error message should be given for this instead as the user might not have meant 29-02-2024

Note:

• This could be an issue with Javas date library functionality rather than the developers. Still is good to take a look at in my opinion.
