Update API routes

[ikagod]

• Client now selects one out of 23 available user agents based on the user's provided email address.
  • This user agent is used consistently across all outgoing ikabot requests to ikariam lobby and world server accounts.
• Added support for user agent specific blackbox token generation

The hope is that these changes, along with the newly introduced web server, will help in alleviating the problems we have had with login errors.
