strange sudden issue with sixserver - can't pass login screen #16

Here's the deal - sixserver was running fine but it had some strange lag occuring with several people last night so I just wanted to "reset server" to see if it was anything on VPS side so I did two commands (stop then start) and after that I got this strange issue:

Server shows welcome note when you go to network, but when I try to login, it says connection to server lost - any idea what could be the problem?

I've checked ports, iptables input tells me that all ports are opened (https://sites.google.com/site/fiveservercom/configure-and-play I used this as a reference) so I'm really confused what happened here. I also tried to reset the VPS and had to re-input ports after that, but same result - it shows "welcome to fiveserver"

And furthermore, both 8190 and 8191 screens are working.
