Support for mid-song BPM changes? #22

It'd be super cool to have support for mid-song BPM changes, like maybe adding an effect column for "BPM" and allowing you to change the BPM using an effect block.

You will need to wait for that because I need to make a huge rewrite to be able to add this feature. I also need to create my own file format for the editor.
