Handle Snapshots on disk level #3

Not a bug, but a feature request.

A user might want to create a snapshot of the whole drive, this can not be handled in the UI, it shows snapshots on drive level, but no possibility to create/delete them.

The plugin abstract the root dataset management on purpose as it may be a little bit dangerous, all changes to root dataset should be done by using the cli.
