It seems that you can not wear pants when this and Trinkets are installed together. Attempting to equip pants with or without any enchantment will result in them becoming somewhat of a ghost item and reappearing in the inventory whilst the console prints what I put in this gist. Everything works as expected if Trinkets is removed.
