Create a new page to create new receipt

Fields of the form will be shared by @mohamedashic

When user submits the form, application will generate the PDF ( @mohamedashic Pls share the pdf format in this issue ) and send that PDF as attachment in email to the donor.

Page was created and UI done Kindly integrate with the Sendgrid and Pdf generation

The figma file is not accessible
