[Feature Request] Option to keep the times in basic split #104

The split function currently only has the ability to make or equal split of
your subtitle (advanced) or resets the times in basic split (counting from 0 in
part2).

I would like to have the ability to split a subtitle on a given line/time and
have the time untouched.
I think a good way to solve this is to add a check box to the basic split to
keep the original times.

Than it maybe also nice to insert a line number instead of the time. This
altogether would make the basic split function a little more advanced but i
think it worth it :).

This of course could also be implemented in the advanced view but i think it
would need some redesigning of that page and would make it a bit more work.

Ill also have another remark about the advanced splitter output folder
behavior. It now takes the desktop or the last selected folder.
A suggestion i received was to take the folder of the subtitle that your
splitting instead of the saved one or the desktop. I have the feeling it's also
a bit personal preferences so it would be a nice. configuration option.

SE has moved to GitHub - please re-add this issue at GitHub if it's still
important :)
