More buttons on Toolbar #122

Whether I download ready-made SRT files or write my own, I use the Tools|'Fix 
common Errors..' to correct the silly errors in one go.

It is a very useful functionality --and, I'd like to thank you for that too.

Another one I use quite often is Synchronization|'Adjust all times'.

I am guessing it would be too much work to make the toolbar user-customizable; 
if that's so, could you at least put these two actions on the Toolbar as 
buttons.
