Feature Request: video following the cursor when changing the start/end position #165

I like the possibility to change start/end position in time line. I believe 
this feature would be even greater when the video would follow the cursor when 
moving beginning/end of a subtitle in the time line. 

This would allow take into consideration not only audio track (waveform) but 
also changes in the scenes. Often it is good to adjust timing of the subtitles 
so as they correspond with cuts in the video track.
