Wrong output with google auto-translation #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open English.srt file
2. Auto-translate (powered by google)
3. change the output language to Russian
4. Translate.

What is input?
Space, the final frontier.

What is the expected output? 
Пространство, последний рубеж.

What do you see instead?
ðÒÏÓÔÒÁÎÓÔ×Á, ÐÏÓÌÅÄÎÉÊ ÒÕÂÅÖ.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SE 3.2.3 beta 3

Please provide any additional information below.

I have tryed all encoding setting (+ autodetect). changed the fonts. I do not 
get the cyrylic lettertype to display in the translation.

But in addition: 
When you save the translated file, it will take the shown encoding "ANSI-1252" 
to save the file to.

After using this file in several programs it becomes unreadable (saved in the 
wrong encoding).

Even after saving the file with the other 4 encoding's of choice the result is 
an unreadable file.

I think when there is an option to save the file with the proper encoding 
(Cyrylic, ANSI-1251, KOI8-R, ...) for this case Russian, the problem will be 
fixed.
