What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install the product using installer
2.run the app under non-administator
3.Error message is shown telling it cannot access the c:\program
files\...\settings.xml file which is of course is not writable under non
administrator. The it crashes.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v. 3.2.2
Please provide any additional information below.
I guess it would be much better to save the settings for each user in %APPDATA%
folder.
