[FEATURE] Double click subtitle video time setting

I recently started subbing a TV-show, with your awesome program!
Though there is one small feature which would be great to have.

A setting, where you can set how far from the subtitle start a double click on 
the subtitle should take you to in the video.

For example, when I double click a subtitle now, I am taken to its starting 
point in the video. I want to get to like a second before the starting point, 
since it is much easier to see if the subtitle is correctly timed then.

Would such a setting be possible? :)
