can't change the single line length greater than 68 #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Options -> Settings -> General
2.change the value of Single line max. length to 200
3.press "OK" to save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
reopen the setting dialog,the Single line max. length is still 68,not 200

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.2.7

OK, SE now works a bit better - 3.2.8 will accept values up to 200 - if value 
is greater, then only 200 will be saved (check in r1146).

I assume that 200 should be enough!?
