Does not read greek subtitles #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set proper encoding: Options | General | Default file encoding: 28597: 
Greek(ISO)
2. Load Land and Freedom.srt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see greek characters
See strange characters

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.2.8 on WinXP pro english

Please provide any additional information below.
I try the option 'Auto detect ANSI encoding' without success
I try 20423: IBM EBCDIC (Greek)without success
I try 10006: Greek (Mac) twithout success
I try 1253:  Greek (windows) without success
I try UTF8 without success

Hi krockodile, 

I think this subtitle file is just messed up - saved wrong!
All the "?"s are really the same binary character 0x3F.

You can always test a file by trying File -> Import subtitle with manually 
chosen encoding!
