Basket can not be moved into a bag carried by the user #375

Likely a side consequence of the previous restrictions put in place to prevent abuse of dragging bags to move items that are too heavy.

Fix needs to be looked into.

It works for leather bags. Some code specific for baskets seems to have not been updated accordingly.
