Meat Gathering Rework #395

Associated skill: Fighting skills (to kill the creatures that drop the meat)

[ ] Adjust prices for each meat based on assigned level
[ ] New graphics for previously non-existing meats
[ ] Add the new meats to the corresponding animals
[ ] Add grilled versions of the meats to cooking
