Clairette reports that if your character talks, long term actions such as harvesting get interrupted.
Bug confirmed: Also e.g. mining is affected, if you talk while mining, your character stops mining. This is not desirable.
Talking should not affect ltstate at all.
Final crafting is not affected but likely other actions such as drinking a potion.
