Figure out how to flash the pixhawk from the Jetson #3

If we want to update the pixhawk's code, we don't want to open up the tube that carries it. We need to figure out a way to flash the pixhawk from the jetson over the UART connection we already have.

@apache8080 Do you want to do this one? We can get you the Pixhawk and Jetson for it

Looks like the only way to do it is over USB. So I'll do the electronics to connect to the pixhawk over USB instead of UART
