language can we replace "any other" with "another?" in both plaintiff/petitioner and defendant/respondent questions. thanks!

@nonprofittechy i was thinking of moving some of these questions to the ilao shared-basic-questions.yml. i expect them to be used in many ilao programs. maybe we can talk about the best way to structure it. these are questions that use vars in the assembly line package. just looking ahead at maintenance of these dependent components.

i updated the language of the other parties question, but i wasn't able to get the program to ask about more co-parties (on the same side of the case). i made note of this and will share it at our weekly meeting. thanks!
