language I would remove the signature image from this table. Maybe replace it with an e-sign form? checkbox? or have it as a separate question to be edited (and not part of this table)?

this relates to how e-signature will work in the interview. i'm still leaning toward just do you want to e-sign Y/N? if that's the case, we can just have a checkbox here.
