DCMI Type: Dataset #1

The correct URI is http://purl.org/dc/dcmitype/Dataset And the class identity is rdfs:Class, not owl:Class. Does that present a problem for reasoning with Protege?

The dcmi type vocabulary that includes Dataset is here: http://purl.org/NET/dc_owl2dl/dcmitype

But they keep the DCMI URIs. What if we kept the standrad URI for Dataset but imported the bloody-byte account into Protege?
