[Nav & Sim] Building arena in Gazebo for simulation #30

TODO:

High priority:

  1. setting up params for our robot model in accordance to our physical robot (skid steer plugin issue fixed, feel free to edit the size of the robot in the lateset package reference:https://answers.ros.org/question/417650/implement-ros2-control-for-a-4-wheel-differential-drive-robot/)

Low priority:

  1. fixing the texture problem for the arena in simulation (this issue wouldn't bother us using the simulation for now)

    possible solution:

    1. use blender to model the arena and export the .dae file
    2. making fixes on the existing .obj file of the arena model s.t. its texture can show up in gazebo
