Features to Add to Motor Controller Package
[ ] Clean up arduino, jetson, driver station communication.
[ ] Update the jetson and teleop package to have updated button and joystick assignments.
[ ] Add encoders to arduino code and send angles back to ros network (

[ ] Add PID control with set point values sent from the ROS network (
