Update datadog sub-chart version #115

Update Datadog's helm chart to version > 2.10 to monitor Kubernetes cluster level resources (new Datadog feature, more information here).

Not sure if this is needed if we use manifests since we have to move datadog into kube-system anyway

@Abhi94N agree, let's close this issue and manage the datadog agent version with the manifests instead.
