Update the default logout page available with the LTI 1.3 authenticator to replace the Login with LTI 13 button with a generic label to guide the user to the LTI 1.3 login initiation flow from the platform (LMS).

Label text should have: You have been logged out. Please launch the tool from your Learning Management System to initiate a new session.
