Overview

To simplify deployments allow for multiple authenticators with the same deployment.

Requirement

Define a class to contain multiple authenticators, specifically for LTI 1.1 and LTI 1.3 authenticators.

Add IllumiDeskMultiAuthenticator class
Update LTI 1.1 and LTI 1.3 handlers to specify authenticator type by path: .../lti11 and .../lti13

We are closing this issue since the strategy is to deprecate LTI 1.1. Support for other authenticators is being moved away from the current authenticators with a dedicated third-party service.
