Adds async-nbgrader package
Updates tests with default installation location for rabbitmq-server for Linux (Ubuntu)
Adds missing dev dependencies

@rupeshparab the tests pass sometimes and other times they fail for no apparent reason. Did this happen to you when testing using the selenium driver?

@rupeshparab closing as it's replaced by #632
