Conda package? #15

Hi!

Is it in your internsion to provide Cyrius in a conda package?

Hi @kokyriakidis sorry about replying late. We will try to make this happen when we have time.

I just created this env for running Cyrius in a workflow (it's a .yml, but changed to .txt for GitHub to allow it). You'll still have to clone/download the repo to get the python script, but the dependencies are there.
