My question is about running times of EH v5. We have a variant catalog with 3815 entries and the majority of those have long motif sizes (20bp). There are regions where it takes less than a second for EH to analyse but in other regions it gets stuck and it takes much much longer. It has been running now for 3 days and it is still going, which should not happen I imagine. We might be doing something wrong, is there any way you could help us troubleshoot?
