Longer repeats #173

Hi,

I'm trying to use expansionHunter to identify a longer repeat (about 60bp). I added it to the catalogue but it seems not to be working well (when I look at the viewer the reads are extended before and after the repeat with no coverage of the repeat itself).

Are there any variables I should set differently than the default when trying to look for a longer repeat? Is ExpansionHunter the right tool for this?
