VCF header incomplete #182

Hello,

I obtained a VCF with an incomplete header:

`##fileformat=VCFv4.1

INFO=

FILTER=

FILTER=

FORMAT=

FORMAT=`

The BAM files I very small, and most variants are lowdepth.

Can something be done about this?
