I need to use nirvana on a off-line infrastructure, in order to do that I followed the documentation to build the omim nga file (link).
Unfortunately the json.gz file created by the downloadOMIM is not valid and ends with a lot of ...The user has sent too many requests in a given amount of time ("rate limiting")... messages.
Our access to the omim API continues to reply individual curl queries, but the downloadOMIM command is not able to work for something like 24 hours.
Is there any way to fix this problem.
In addition, an update of the documentation about this problem could be useful.
