feature request: vcf.bgz output #22

Would it be possible to have a flag to output as vcf.bgz? Also using '--vcf' acts as a supplemental output rather than exclusive output. Would it be possible to have a flag to suppress .json.gz format?

I just discovered the htsfile command which help me determine that my files are already block-gzipped. Nevermind!
