3.18.1 removes option "disable-recomposition". Not in release notes. #82

The option to disable recomposition was removed in version 3.18.1. This is not stated in the release notes. Is it now on by default or off? If the former, can we deactivate it?

We have removed variant recomposition from Nirvana. We believe it should be the variant caller's responsibility to recompose SNVs into MNVs. I will update the release notes to reflect this.
