Hi Nirvana Team, I am wondering if you can help me out. I am using VariantStudio and I think it uses Nirvana as an annotator. The current reference is hg19. I would like to know how to create the hg38 dataset to be used in VariantStudio.

Hi @alfonso-lam , Nirvana is released independently. Various products like VariantStudio embeds Nirvana inside themselves. Our team has no insight as to how this is engineered in VariantStudio. I would recommend getting in touch with the VariantStudio team about this.
