Hello, I am trying to annotate a VCF file and I am getting this error:

Hi @alfonso-lam , Could you please let me know which platform you are running on ? Note that some Apple M1 machines run into such issues and we are working on a fix for that.

Hey Rajat, Sure, it is a VM and this is the ubuntu version:

Hi @alfonso-lam , We have noticed that some older VMs do not support AVX instructions and results in a crash. Could you please let me know which VM you are using? And possibly try a different one?
