Unable to create path #44

When I ran the command, the error message showed as below.

What did this mean? Could you please give me any suggestion?

Thank you for the question, Fei. Did you set --region-extension-length parameter when you ran ExpansionHunter?

Yes, I did. Extend to 2kb. So was that cause this error?

Yes, that's right. The latest version of REViewer includes the matching --region-extension-length parameter. I will make a binary release of the latest version later today.
